Exhibitor Info

The Publishing Disrupt will be attended by highly-motivated professional publishers and independently published authors actively planning their publishing strategies. They will attend Publishing Disrupt to discover the best industry partners to help them create, distribute, and market their print and digital books.

The Center for Book Publishing offers a very limited number of sponsorship opportunities to select businesses. These sponsors will connect with our attendees in multiple, face-to-face interactions.

Like everything else connected with the Disrupt, you will find that your involvement in the Disrupt is not just another vendor experience.

Lock in your 2019 rate

All 2018 Sponsors will be guaranteed the same rates for the 2019 disrupt and will have first opportunity to participate.

All refreshments and the Friday evening networking event (bar and hors d’oeuvres) will be served in the exhibit area.

Table location is first-paid, first-choice. (See map below)

Exhibit must fit on table top. No floor displays. Nothing attached to walls.

Tables will be against a wall with one chair provided at side of table.

1Participation on panels is at the discretion of the Center for Book Publishing based on the topic of the panel as well as the material you wish to present. Nothing is to be self-promotional. Your presentation must be a benefit to our attendees and follow our presenter guidelines.

Promotional Opportunities

Conference Welcome Bags

Exclusive sponsor will have their logo on one-side of the high-quality conference welcome bag that all participants will receive at registration. This tote bag will surely be re-used extensively by all participants long after returning home. Your company logo is on one side (single color) and the Publishing Disrupt logo is on the other side.

Program Book

All participants will receive a printed program book containing session outlines as well as the session schedules and speaker bios. The sponsor will receive their full color ad on the back cover as well as their company name and logo on the front cover. Program book will be about 256 pages, black text, 8 ½” x 11”, spiral bound. 150 copies will be distributed.

Save-Our-Sales Panelist

In-Kind Services

Three or four panelists will evaluate presentations from four independently published authors. Participating businesses will receive high visibility to all conference participants. After the presentations, the panel will give the authors feedback on their books and provide them with in-kind services to help them improve their books. Services provided must be totally free of charge (not discounts) and have significant value to the author.four

Front Row Comfort Seating

$250 per seat

We will be offering special front-row comfort seating for attendees selected at random at the start of each block of sessions. Your company logo will be prominently displayed on the back of each seat, clearly visible to all attendees. Your company name will be mentioned at the time of each drawing. There will be nine seats available.

Front Row Comfort Seating

We understand that potential sponsors will be thoroughly vetted by the Center for Book Publishing and only those businesses that meet the Center's standards will be allowed to participate. We also understand that the Center reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to exclude any business or individual from participating, attending, or sponsoring the Publishing Disrupt.
